They mutilate cattle and abduct people and just sort of hang around all elusive and let us see them but that’s all unless it’s for abduction etc (there is that report of the giving them water and then the kids that received the message about world piece) but you’ll never see that sort of stuff on the 6 o’clock news.

Maybe whatever government restrictions and policies and/or quarantines lee them only observing for now?
