I was at an Air Force school (as a civilian) and I was with more than 30 other witnesses. It was less than an hour after sunrise and we were out on a somewhat deserted part of the base which is outside of a small city in the middle of nowhere.

We all saw it and discussed it, so I know I wasn’t seeing things. It was the approximate shape of a hot air balloon, but it was solid and all silver. The part that made us think it wasn’t some type of balloon was the light. A red light came out of the top of it, circled around the object top to bottom, then went back into the top of the object and it went out of view somewhat slowly.

I was in San Angelo, Texas which is about a 3 hour flight from Vegas (Area 51), and there are a bunch of other bases in the area, so it’s possible that it was advanced military tech.
