I think most of us are familiar with the 'Unidentified' series that is currently airing on the History Channel. I think TTSA are using this show to raise 'public awareness' about the phenomenon (according to their claims). While I am not the biggest fan of the show (season 1 i.e.), I will concede that it is decent and not as bad as some of the other History channel junk. I am hoping that there might be a few people associated with the show or even TTSA who might read my post as I have a few questions -

Q1. Why is the show only airing on History Channel USA? I read a few posts from posters in Canada, UK, Europe etc who were disappointed that it wasn't being aired in their countries (even at a later date). This phenomenon is a global one and it is asinine to restrict this show to the US audience. How does it make sense to exclude the rest of the world, especially when there is a sizeable worldwide audience that is interested in the phenomenon? Why wouldn't this show be aired in ALL countries where the History Channel is available (even if slightly delayed in some countries)?

Q2. If we assume that TTSA are honest in their attempts to educate normies regarding this phenomenon using 'Unidentified', why on earth is it only on the History Channel? Cable TV is a dying medium. Thousands of people in the US are cutting the cord every day and it will get worse as time goes on. So, where is the sense in keeping this show restricted to the History Channel (US)?

Q3. If we assume that I am stupid and that History Channel is actually the best way to get UFO content out to the general public, why are there no ads anywhere that alert people to the fact that such a show is now airing on the History channel? While I don't watch much TV other than sports, my wife keeps it on all day during the work week as background noise on various channels. I did not see a single ad for 'Unidentified' on any channel. Do they expect 30-40% of the US TV watching audience to be simply tuned into the History Channel at 10 pm on a Saturday night? Are we living in times where there are only about 5 channels on TV and a significant number of normies would be tuned into the History channel by default?

Q4. Why is the first season of the show not on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc? A large number of people are now subscribed to one or more of these streaming platforms. Not just in US, but all over the world. Netflix recently released 'Unsolved Mysteries' and the 5th episode (?) is dedicated to UFOs. I was reading comments by normies in article comment sections, forums etc on this episode and people actually found it compelling. A small number of people dismissed it outright (which is expected), but a surprisingly large number of people actually thought that there was something to the sequence of events. This shows that if there is good content produced, it might actually help change public perception in our favour.

So, now that you have decent content in hand (with solid testimony from credible military personnel), why did you not release the entire season 1 of 'Unidentified' on Netflix, Hulu etc about a month before season 2 aired? I see that the garbage 'Ancient Aliens' is on Netflix. Why was 'Unidentified season 1' not released on all (or some of) these platforms? A large number of people would have come across it and even if it captured the attention of 5% of the subscriber base, you would have upwards of 10 million additional viewers for season 2. All you had to do was to add a note saying that 'season 2' was coming up in July 2020 and people who sat through the entirety of season 1 would have been really interested. Why was this not done?

I find TTSA's strategy of raising 'public awareness' using 'Unidentified' quite frustrating. I think that there are some very simple tweaks that can be done to get normal people really interested in the phenomenon. Alas, it is going to fall on deaf ears...
